Ventral Sheath Opener
Initial Work using a strap and block to open the "front line" of the body, establishing connections to the back body. Peak back bend in Ustrasana, with various modifications.
Lateral Extension Work
An introduction to bastrika pranyama and it's cautions. Some good slow flo asana focussing on the lateral body.

Roll out and Chair Yoga
Easy, fun practice. First part involves the use of a towel roll to open and massage the back ribs. Second part involves the use of a chair to do some standing postures in a more upright fashion. Finish with viparina kharani using a chair and towel support for the legs.
